General Record Examination (GRE) scores
Applicants may submit General Record Examination (GRE) scores for the General Test and a Subject Test as part of their DOE SCGF application. GRE scores are not required, but are strongly encouraged.
The GRE Subject Test should be that which you have used (or will be using) to apply to a qualified graduate program.
The Educational Testing Service (ETS, www.ets.org) is the official administrator of the GRE.
If you plan to submit GRE Test Scores, you must have these scores submitted on your behalf from ETS by Wednesday, Janurary 4, 2012. If you have not yet taken the GRE General Test, you should plan to take the test at a computer-based test center before December 15, 2011. It is your responsibility to work with ETS to ensure that your GRE Test scores meet this deadline. Provide the ETS with the DOE SCGF Institutional Code of 6969.
All GRE Test scores must be submitted by the Educational Testing Service. Paper copies sent by applicants are not acceptable, and scores released to other institutions will not be considered valid.
